PAUL BROWN
Chairman & Chief Executive Officer, IDCWIN
Managing Director, WWM

AsChairman and CEO Paul is responsible for strategically expanding IDC Worldsource Insurance Networks' wealth management platform for independent advisors. As Managing Director of Worldsource Wealth Management (WWM), Paul plays a principal role in ensuring the overall collaboration of WWM's subsidiaries to support and complement the needs of entrepreneurial advisors from each sector.

Paul brings extensive executive experience in the financial services sector to IDCWIN. Most recently he was President and CEO of Barrington Wealth Partners Inc. Prior to Barrington, over a period of more than 10 years, he built a successful insurance distribution business, The Independent Brokerage Group, which was acquired by Hub International Ltd. in 1999. Paul also served as Chairman and CEO of Hub Financial Inc., one of the country's largest life insurance distributors.

Paul has an Economics degree from The University of Western Ontario. He also has his CLU and ChFc designations.


RON MADZIA
President
Ron Madzia has been in the Financial Services Industry for over 25 years. He has held various positions of Insurance Management in the field on a Branch and Regional level as well as corporately where he was responsible for recruiting advisors to a major Securities firm. Over a 3 year period, he took this firm from 50 to 500 advisors making them a major player in the marketplace in Canada.

Ron is currently President of IDCWIN and responsible for the growth of the company and overseeing our current IDCWIN offices in Canada.


ANDY GELLATLY
Sr.Vice President
Andy entered the life insurance business in 1967 through the London Life university training program. He spent 7 years with them in personal sales and sales management.

In 1974, he formed Andrew K. Gellatly Insurance Agency Limited where he sold personal, corporate and group insurance with his license being sponsored by Crown Life Insurance Company.

In 1987, he became a vice president of sales with Crown Life with 22 agencies reporting to him. In 1991, Crown Life moved to Regina and Andy left them to join Canada Life in Toronto. He ran their President’s Award winning office in Scarborough until June 1998. Canda life stepped away from the career agency system then and Andy was appointed a Regional Vice President of their downtown Regional Marketing Centre. For 5 years in a row, it was Canada Life’s number 1 brokerage office.

In May of 2003, Andy joined Ron Madzia at IDC Financial as an owner and together they have built IDC Financial into one of Canada’s largest MGAs.



GREG OSMAK
Vice President, Business Development
Greg joined the life insurance and financial services industry back in 1985, with the Canada Life Assurance company in Edmonton, Alberta.

While building an insurance based practice he entered a managerial role; where his responsibility was to locate, hire and develop young business people for a career in the life insurance industry. He achieved numerous company and industry awards for his achievement and was appointed to the board of directors of the local LIMAC chapter.

Greg transferred to Ontario and after a few years led the Toronto West RMC of the Canada Life to one of the top six agencies in Canada. He left and opened his own MGA in Oakville in 1999, then after five years of solid growth, he merged his agency and partnered with IDC Financial, who is today one of the largest privately owned MGA’s in Canada.


BETSY WAN
Vice President, Operations - Western Canada
As Vice President, Operations - Western Canada, Betsy is responsible for the smooth flow of all administrative operations of the company. Her in-depth knowledge of the functions of a MGA ensures a smooth working relationship with IDCWIN advisors across the county. In this capacity, she is also responsible for IDCWIN's technology platform, VirtGate. With a long career in the Canadian insurance industry, Betsy brings sound knowledge and a strong level of commitment to the senior management team.


JOCELYN FLORENDO
Vice President, Operations - Eastern Canada
Jocelyn Florendo joined IDC Financial in 2001 at a time when the company was ready to transition to a new corporate structure, culture, management style, and reorganization of its resources, systems and processes. Jocelyn was instrumental in implementing the changes that were envisioned for the new IDC. Jocelyn’s role encompasses a wide variety of responsibilities and accountabilities including overall operations management, financial services, human resources and handling of corporate affairs including management and execution of the company’s operating plan.

As IDC started to create a national presence in 2006, Jocelyn’s role expanded to include setting up of new operations in other locations and monitoring their performances. She became the “gateway” of IDC Financial through whom all upward, downward and inter-departmental reporting flows.


JAS GILL
Vice President, Sales & Marketing
As Vice President, Sales & Marketing, Jas is instrumental in furthering sales and developing the infrastructure that our partners require to excel in this competitive marketplace. With over fifteen years of industry experience, Jas brings a wealth of insurance and financial services experience. Prior to joining IDC Worldsource Insurance Network, she was Regional Sales Director with Sun Life Financial and was responsible for the marketing and sales of products to third party distribution partners in British Columbia. Jas' professional experience is complemented by a strong academic background and a detailed understanding of financial service distribution within Canada. In 2006, she completed her MBA at the University of British Columbia. She also is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Canadian Investment Manager and Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU).


STEPHEN LUI
Vice President, Business Development - Woodbine
Stephen started his insurance career at Sun Life Corporate Actuarial Department in 1989. He then went back to Hong Kong in 1992 to start his real estate business and subsequently sold the business in 1995. He returned to Canada with his wife in 1995 and became a sales representative for Canada Life.

In 1998 he started and managed his own MGA - Yorkgate Financial. After ten years of running his own MGA, Stephen merged with IDC Financial and became a Managing Partner responsible for the growth and development of the GTA area.
